Egregious. Doesn t know what they re doing, issued...

Egregious. Doesn t know what they re doing, issued two tracking numbers with two different ETAs for the same parcel. Received multiple emails from them on different days claiming it should arrive the day after (not acknowledging it was already 3 days late) - which, no it didn t.
