When starting a new venture my partners and I needed to find a team that could help us round out our vision, give us insightful, objective and constructive feedback and then finally put that vetted strategy into an action plan, then reality.

Through organized and proactive conversations with the Crema team, they really got to understand what our vision was, the opportunity we had and how we wanted to attack it. Then through structured strategy sessions with their team, our vision become more solidified and more specific. the process was fun, fascinating and full of learning. it was amazing how knowledgeable the Crema team was at our industry and who our target market was or maybe who it really should be. they asked positive probing questions that caused my partners and I to really think about what we wanted and who we wanted that to interact with.
In the end we learned more about how we wanted to build a business, the need we wanted to fill and a managed action plan of how we are going to accomplish it, alongside the Crema team.
