ZERO STARS. I'm usually not one to give a poor rating on a place, but this is the second time it's happened so here it goes.

I spent 3 hours waiting on an oil change the first time we used Crown Honda. Everyone was friendly and we received a complementary oil change for our next visit. Okay, I'll give them a second chance...

We scheduled our appointment for today at 4:00pm. I arrived with our children and waited 2 hours in the service department before requesting a shuttle to the mall. At 7:45 I was notified that my van was being pulled back for service. At 9:00pm I requested my van regardless of the status. NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE YET. I'm not sure what they did with our van after they "took it back", but I was furious!

Completely unacceptable. We will not be using their services again and will not recommend them to anyone.
