The Salesman Eric was good and helpful. It would have been better if he had shown more enthusiasm. From the minute I walked through the door, his persona just wasn't excited to us. Even looking through the different options and trying to decide which car would be the best fit for me, he different much advice. Actually, I was surprised that he didn't know the Kia Optima is rated #5 amongst other mid size cars. But overall, my experience with him was pleasant. I did have to send the car back three times to be cleaned again on the inside because the first two times it looked as if they didn't do anything at all. On the other hand, while I was there water decided to come through the womens restroom and put water all over the floor. I told the secretary there what was happening and tried to explain that it was a lot of water and not just a little bit. They put up a "wet floor sign". Fast forward 3-4 hours and nobody has mopped up the water, so every time I needed to use the restroom, I had to tip toe to keep my pants/shoes from getting wet and keep from slipping. Mind you I was there from 10am-5pm AND the only customer they saw ALL day. I asked if someone could mop up the water so it would be easier to use the restroom (they looked at me wide eyed), and one of the guy rudely said, "just put an out of order sign on it, they can walk to the other dealership" So he wanted me, the only customer to come in that to walk over to the other dealership to use the restroom (which I found absurd because the salesman had a gold cart they would use to go back and forth between the buildings) Overall, the customer service was very poor.
