Do yourself a favor and buy a vehicle from a dealership who actually cares about your business.
I called and emailed days in advance and set an appointment to view one specific vehicle on their lot. I advised them I'm making a 3 hour drive to their location to purchase this specific vehicle. After making this drive we arrive to be told someone had loaned the car to another customer and they had no specific date that the car would be back. They knew I was coming days in advance. I got no phone call at all I had to drive three hours and look them in the face to be told the car is magically not there. You knew for days I was coming and you don't have the decency to check you had the car and notify me it wasnt there. They basically stood there and told me they had no way to make it right and expected me to drop my money on whatever they had that was available. Despicable. Dishonest. There are NO excuses as to why I could not be notified at all up to the time of my appointment. Thankfully Evergreen Ford in Issaquah had the same vehicle exactly what we wanted and they knew exactly where it was and had it ready for us by the time we got there. Kelly Bader was amazing and took great care of us. Could not recommend Evergreen Ford enough for their integrity and for saving us another 6 hour round trip to come back and search for this vehicle. Shame on you Sound Ford you really need to figure out how to do business.
