Utterly rude and unprofessional staff! The proverb customer is king is missing here, rather customer is foot sweep.
After a nice meal elsewhere he decided to end the evening the hangover. We both ordered a fresh mint tea. There appeared to be a fly in a mint tea, the waitress who picked it up said only I grab a new one, no apologies or any other form of regret. Anything like that can happen so we drink our mint tea and afterwards I see a bottom of sand in both my glass and that of my partner. We decide to report it. The now different waitress literally tells us: '' there is nothing to do, it is a natural product! trees !! grows and so can contain animals and sand. The hangover is not responsible for a clean cup of tea !! "" She maintains this position despite some attempts to explain that a case is in fact responsible for a clean finished product. In addition, no regrets or any form of empathy / customer-friendliness.
Finally also have to pay for the sand tea.
Also received the wrong order during a previous visit. So for us it's over with the hangover.
