The customer service is friendly, personable and helpful which made my experience feel good, I got a nicer car than I expected to leave with! Although, a few lights came on on the dashboard and my AC doesn't working anymore..also I've been waiting about 2 weeks for my plates to come in, registration is paid for but everhtime I ask they say the DMV hasn't dropped them off yet. But there was a delay on my boyfriends plates when they had them the whole time...just slightly frustrated but I love the car.
