We met with Jeff back in July of 2016 to pick out our home. After grueling months of weather, lots of rock to dig into and external service providers to get on the ball, we were finally able to move in August of 2017. Jeff is the best guy all around. Very patient and knowledgeable of the homes and if you need help understanding something, he is more than willing to help. Terry is excellent with making sure that things are completed and done right. Building a home is no small feat and even when going the modular route you're going to run into issues, but whether big or small Jeff and Terry and their awesome staff were there every step of the way to make sure that we were taken care of. I would highly recommend going the modular route, this is my 2nd one, and would recommend Jeff and Terry for your new home. I posted photos of our home exterior.
