I've been without service for 3 days! No fault of the great team of people that total high-speed has assembled. A special thanks to Ray Malcolm that worked many long days trouble shooting the problem and working hard to make the fixes. And a special thanks to the tech support that listened to my complaints. I've been a customer for almost 10 years and am very thankful for them. Great service!!!
