I cancelled my two sons My Gym membership 05/12/2016 almost in tears per I was directly told that I couldn't bring my youngest along with his older brother to his class after 6 long months of doing so with no problems. Even when I was pregnant and attending and I wasn't informed before. It's hard for me because I exclusively breastfeed and I don't pump and my baby doesn't drink out of a bottle. So after over a year and a half of going to My Gym Lake Mary, having my son's first year birthday party there and having my second son also registered I felt like I had no other choice. I wasn't even explained why nor I asked. After they told me I felt my stomach quenching and I was very sad. They didn't give me any more options nor they attempted to retain me as a customer. They just gave me a slip for me to write a reason why and never even approached it with me. I felt very awkward, unappreciated and heartbroken. I even asked another mom who was bringing her baby along for the longest time and she had no idea either and no one had told her anything (so why me? I don't know). I will continue to let everyone know of my experience. Anyone that has two kids close to age from each other I wouldn't recommend My Gym at all. I feel that you can't, wont and don't want to make any accommodations for breastfeeding mothers nor are family/sibling oriented. They will wait and make you go through a lot of work and sacrifice (6 months for me) before they inform you out of the blue.

I am very sad and I thought I shared. I hope that in the future My Gym can make changes in the way the classes are and have more options to offer for mothers with children who are close in age and can't just leave a baby out of the picture even though I was paying for both of them.
