Very rude, they have no patience for western newcomers to the Mandarin language, the teacher does not speak English well and this makes the classes more stressful (since you should be in the English language), the price is Expensive for the service they give, the receptionists are among the worst who do not help in ANYTHING, I do not recommend studying here at all.
