When I was new to Milwaukee and Marquette University, I looked at about 20+ near the University and East side. A Schulhof rep took me around to many properties and was super nice. Schulhof Properties stood out as very clean and organized, so I knew this was a great place to live. Their pricing was the best for near-campus housing, (including utilities), and I selected to live just steps away from MU at Campus East. Office experience and maintenance help was reasonable. I would highly recommend Schulhof Properties, as they offer the best near-campus housing experience and value.
