Initially good service. Upon arrival of my shipment, a duffle bag of clothing was "lost" and never arrived to my destination.

I have had numerous emails with Phil, from Ellis Moving. He has completely and ignorantly neglected to file a claim through his insurance company to compensate me for my lost belongings (obviously as that will just affect his premium).

Additionally, a sculpture of mine that has sentimental value was damaged in the moving process. Phil completely disregarded any desire to care or even offer to fix.

All of this unprofessionalism, through the inability to file a claim, missing luggage, damaged products and absolute infantile customer service, I would highly NOT recommend working with this corporation. I am filing with the BBB and taking action to ensure that I am compensated and that this never happens to anyone else again.

Funnily after reading these reviews it appears that I am not the only individual who has had this occurs.
