Very very poor quality control. I'm actually surprised this company is still in business, for the low standards they have with not proofreading their books or hiring a copy-editor before going to print. For instance, "One Second After" by William R. Forstchen having the embarassing phrase "I could of stopped her" etc. instead of "could have" which any bright 5th grader will be happy to correct you on. Many many more typos, poor grammar, punctuation mistakes in this book and "Pillar To The Sky" also must mean this outfit is a second-rate company who either don't care about quality standards of their product, or haven't figured out how to achieve it. What does this kind of embarassing oversight say about Tom Doherty & Associates as a stable company? This kind of negligence & incompetence is why I rated them one star. Not a company I'd ever want to do business with, obviously!
