This was our first time visit to Jackalope Ranch restaurant.We were greeted warmly by the hostess, then seated very quickly. Our server Alex was personable and very attentive during our dining. Our food was delivered quickly, hot and fresh. The ribs were very tender and so delicious. Mashed potatoes and coleslaw accompanied our meal. The only thing I wish was that coleslaw be served on the plate or in a small bowl rather than in a plastic black cup. My salad with mixed berries and chilled shrimp with candied walnuts and champagne dressing was so delicious and refreshing. It's worth dining there again in our future visit.
