After two weeks of trying to schedule an appointment I finally received a voicemail telling me to call back so that they can schedule an appointment with them only to be blatantly lied to saying I couldn t be seen by anyone there. I kept being told to go to their St Albans office which I repeatedly told them that I could not because it s too far. I then asked multiple times if I was being turned away or if they weren t accepting new patients and I could not get a straight answer for either. The scheduling person completely refused to let me speak to any one else. Exactly what you want while seeking help for mental health. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
