Ball tent with totally customer-friendly management. The staff does their best but the higher up the ladder the less the customer is central. This is evidenced by the fact that there is insufficient staff, so that the kitchen closes indefinitely at 1 pm just after your drink. Waiting an hour further does not come very good food. The staff cannot handle the stress that this causes. Bear in mind that you are also sent away outside if you are not a customer and sit down on seemingly public benches.
