They were charging me an absurd amount of money the first 3 months until I called them and they were like "oh... yea you don't have to pay that anymore". The online smartbill isnt only stupid but it's nearly impossible to make a payment. So, bite the bullet and pay an extra $3 to make a speedpay payment online and or over the phone. Also a hard task. Took over an hour to pay my bill this go around. Its 2018, get with the times.
