Booked tickets for the 30min tour with Noah. Super interesting walk through the factory and ice cream making process, ending with a bonus ice cream sample. They have non dairy samples if requested - I tried the lemon sorbet and then had a cone of chocolate chip cookie dough after the tour. Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
