I do not know what their service is in the store, but online is the worst company I have come across, they offer products that they do not have in stock and if for some reason you buy, do not expect them to reach you. Their customer service is the worst, they never have the decency to answer you. Even though they canceled my order and promised to return my money, I've been waiting for them to do so for more than 1 month. Play it safe (Amazon / Mercado Libre) and avoid falling into the clutches of this scam company.
