I am an EE for a Government Company and I was introduce to Chris and his team through my wife who is in the industry. I am very critical on the choices I make when doing business with all types of professionals that are offering services. My selection choosing GFM was one of the best selection I have experienced my entire life. I commend Chris from start to finish how he handled everything and was always on top to ensure everything went smooth. His concerns was in my best interest and not just trying to make another deal regardless if it was good or bad.
The most important part that I must recognize his team behind the scene that does not get the recognition that they should. They were the leg work and made sure they had everything in order to the final day of closing. Even when mishaps happen with the other lender office, they were on point to correct and complete within minutes while I was signing my documents to close. As crucial as it is and making sure that everything will go as plan, your supporting cast have to be as strong as your leader and they have the perfect combination and knowledge that far seed our expectation and experience. With my wife being in the industry and dealing with lenders across every state, Guaranty Federal Mortgage is definitely a leader in the industry. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them because the team behind the scene is what makes this company a great company to do business with.
