In April, I was walking down my steps and clumsily missed the bottom two steps and ended up breaking BOTH my ankles. After surgery, my doctor told me it was time to start PT. I am so very glad I chose to go to JKPT although it was outside my provider network. I did a ton of research and chose to go here instead of one of the hospital sponsored PT facilities. Although it was more expensive for me out of pocket, I thought the mix of regular PT with Pilates would help me get better quicker and be stronger for the longer term. Jennifer and her team have not disappointed. They give excellent personal attention and I have excelled because of it. For example, the first several times I went there, Jennifer spent extra time (1.5 hours +) with me to determine exactly what I needed. I received cupping, massages, and a full set of exercises that were extremely beneficial. When I went to my doctor after 10 weeks after my surgery he was shocked at the mobility I had in both of my ankles. He essentially told me I had progressed so well that I needed no further PT! Of course, I have chosen to disregard his recommendation and have stayed with JKPT and am now taking Pilates classes in addition to the PT sessions.
I highly recommend Jennifer and her team. They go above and beyond to accommodate their patients and you truly get what you pay for. They are so supportive and conscientious, you will feel better after each session.
