The waitress told us we would be offered their drink special for lunch. We ordered the drinks and in the middle of the lunch she says that she got confused and the special wasn t today. We were thinking okay but you re still going to honor it. Nope! She brought out the check with the full price. When asked if she would honor it she says no because it wasn t the special. If you tell your customer about a special and then they order that drink because of the special you offered to them, you should always honor it.
