Hopeless. Described the part I needed, was told they had one in stock and I'd need to make an account to get more info. Duly got the account setup and phoned again to try to buy the part, it THEN turns out they had contrived to totally get the wrong end of the stick; they don't stock the part I need and didn't offer to special order it either. Say they "don't know too much about [it]"!!
