When there is something wrong with the building you have to go online to request it ,and then wait until they reach back with you. There's no telling how long that will take .

Also they never answer the phone it goes straight to voicemail . Don't try to renew a lease that's even worse !! if you're not getting house from them you pretty much on the back burner
