The service is terrible, they don't respond to any...

The service is terrible, they don't respond to anything other than when its about you owing them arrears, which I can't help when I've REPEATEDLY asked to change my payment dates as I've changed jobs! Its been 6 WEEKS and still no response. I'm now trying to pay my insurance and the gfpaynow isn't recognising my details!!!!! I fully give up!! Worst company ever!!!!
