Staff were exceptional. Big play area for children. Got there around feeding time, so many of the animals were active. Many well loved & cared for creatures - not just used to, but comfortable with human presence.

Baby gibbon is getting bigger, baby tortoises were adorable. Red tailed black cockatoo was a ball of love. Butterfly garden was covered in butterflies.

Took peripheral part in several "keeper talk" events; great sessions explaining what goes on, the biology & environmental focus of the animals.

Free public transport (route 98/99) stops immediately in front of the entrance walkway. Grounds were clean & well maintained. Food prices were rather steep (~$4 bottle of still water). Security is decent, maintains customer privacy well.

If you plan on going more than once, yearly memberships are an excellent option.
