I've been using World of Fax, Inc. for a while now...

I've been using World of Fax, Inc. for a while now and I have mixed feelings about their products and services. While the fax machine itself is great, the customer service could be better. Recently, I had an issue with my machine and it took a lot of effort to get it resolved. However, once it was resolved, the machine continued to work well. Overall, I think World of Fax, Inc. is an average company.
