Our Tech Richie was OUTSTANDING. He gave a no non-sense approach all while being as professional as could be. He went through our system and explained the problems so a normal person like me could understand. He also explained something which led me to believe that another company who gave me a quote was trying to completely RIP me off. There's a reason why my mother has went with Genz-Ryan for so many years and she's trusted them with all her HVAC needs..and now they've got my trust and will have all my HVAC meeds for years to come.
