Had tech Joel Pearson. Great guy - friendly, honest, and seemed more focused on helping than just finding ways to get you to spend more money. Appreciate that.

Genz-Ryan was ok too, no big complaints. My appointment got bumped when I had it scheduled out a couple weeks, but luckily my calendar was pretty flexible to reschedule. Still slightly annoying.
