I visited the Macon location of Ken s and received phenomenal service. I was helped by Austin who listened to exactly what I wanted so that he could make the perfect recommendation for new speakers and a sub in my car. He was polite, attentive, and extremely professional. My sound system was installed 2 days after my purchase and since I purchased the system from them they installed it for free. I will be a lifetime customer and I can t wait to get a new system for our next car. The installation was completed in a timely manor and I was given an update on completion. I had an amazing experience and will recommend Ken s to everyone. If you re not sure what you want or where to go I highly recommend Ken s.
