I had one year arrangement for Ultimate Protection Package (Sales Agreement Number 17176763) for my residence at Princeton, NJ 08540.
I called your customer service on 2 April 2018 after noticing $79.70 unauthorized charge on my credit card from Terminix. I was informed that it was for auto renewal of service. I informed that I don't want to renew and will call your company when I wish to renew. The customer service representative of Terminix apologized and $79.70 charge was refunded to my credit card.
Few days ago, I called you again after I noticed an unauthorized charge of $174.85 on my credit card from Terminix (dated 9 May 2018). Terminix representative told me that the charge was for the renewal and couldn't be refunded as I didn't cancel. I informed the customer service representative that I specifically and clearly informed Terminix on 2 April (please see above) not to renew my contact and added that it would be illegal to charge my credit card without my approval and agreement. Finally, on June 2, I received an email from Terminix that my service agreement has been cancelled.
However, on 2 June 2018 around 10 am, a Terminix employee came to my property and removed all the termite bait stations from my property without informing me either by call, text or email. This is an unauthorized trespassing in my property. Also, I didn't find in my contract that the bait stations would be removed after the expiry of one year contract. I paid more than $1,200 for the bait stations and believe Terminix has no rights to remove the bait stations for which I paid.
But interestingly, Terminix employee also took all the bait stations which were in my property from totally different company. The bait stations from other company were black and wider, where as Terminix bait stations were green. Why Terminix employee took all the bait stations that even did not belong to Terminix? I have security cameras in my property and the removal of bait stations by the Terminix employee have been recorded. In a different word, this similar to theft as Terminix employee took black bait stations that were not from Terminix.
I believe this is a retaliatory action from the Terminix for my refusal to auto-renewal. Please return the black bait stations or I will consider taking appropriate actions. Also, please provide explanation why you took the Terminix bait stations (green ones) for which I paid over $1,200.
I already called quite a few times and talked to so many people including the branch manager but no resolution, not even a sorry or an apology. I hope your company will take proper actions to resolve the issue amicably.
