I bought a 2021 M2 Competition from them and Jose was more than helpful throughout the whole experience. I had a couple minor concerns and Jose was quick in getting things rectified and that was after I paid for the car. Great customer service! Unfortunately not every dealership has it but BMW Sterling does!
