Short Version: Server Repair Excellence
Long Version: I ended up having two issues with my home server I built to practice what I am learning during my Graduate Computer Science studies. One was embarrassingly simple and the other rather advanced. I was helped directly over the phone by Eric who, even though I have an uncommon hardware setup quickly figured out what the problems were. They are also the only company in the Austin area doing server repair which have someone who will actually answer the phone. Rates are quite reasonable, especially considering the skill and knowledge it will pay for.
