Xcel Fitness at 6151 Highland Dr, Holladay, UT 84121 continues to charge my American Express every month, using a different merchant ID. I canceled my membership with Xcel in December 2015. They continue to charge my credit card each month in the amount of $99.99. Each month, I dispute the charge and add a merchant block to my account. American Express has confirmed that the merchant, Xcel Fitness is using a different merchant number each month to cheat the block. Xcel Fitness refuses to acknowledge the cancel form that they completed and provided to me, which in turn I signed and returned to them. Email correspondence now goes unanswered by them, yet they continue to fraudulently charge my credit card. How many more customers are they doing this to?
