Horrible....had an appt. at 9:30 AM for an oil cha...

Horrible....had an appt. at 9:30 AM for an oil change. Vehicle did not get on the rack until 10:35 and did not get out of there until 11:10. Over 1.5 hours for an oil change is horrible!!!
