About a month ago a client (previous buyer) called to say her A/C was not working. She asked who to call and I recommended Aire/Smith as they have taken care of our heating and air conditioning needs for our home and rental properties since company started. They answered the phone after hours and got her scheduled for the next day. The technician was knowledgeable and knew how to fix her problem right away. What appeared to be a simple job turned into a complicated task quickly. Even though it was 100 degrees that day he stayed in that attic for hours until he had her A/C going.
