I pay $325 a month and can't park in the parking lot. I have to either walk 2 blocks with all of my professional music equipment or I have to temporarily park with my hazards on, unload my gear and come back out and then park my car blocks away and walk back. Not awesome in the brutal Minnesota winter. Do not rent a space here. You WILL regret it.
