Very impolite and rude old lady police. Not helpful at all. Rejected my claim for money stolen.Seems like they are lazy to work
After reading mixed reviews of this station, i went in fearing it would be like pulling teeth to get a report, but it was the complete opposite. The officer was sincere, thorough and very professional. She (Officer Sandra) asked all the appropriate questions and gave me the report with zero hassle. It's disappointing I had to go to the station in the first place but I'm glad the experience there wasn't as awful as it could have been.
Went in to report stolen sunglasses today. The two police women were completely unsympathetic and outright sarcastic and rude, their questioning was bordering on racism. Not what you expect from those who we rely on for law and order. Very poor experience from those who represent the state. Unprofessional.
If you need any help from the police, this is the place. Really good service.
Terrible people working there, specially the guy which is working on reception.
I reported that somebody threw bucket with water from the window on my clients and they just told me that this is not a problem what i want from them.
2nd issue: i reported that somebody was threatening me, what they did was insane, i got kicked out of the station with words:one more time you come back you will be arrested !What would you do when you are on my place..?
An escape room to never forget! This room is very nicely decorated, completely in Dutch style. During the stay I really got the feeling that I was in the story. Story matched well, I felt it was right and it caused a lot of tension. This is an escape room where even experienced players may experience some difficulty. All in all a super experience and I can definitely recommend this escape room! Staff is also very friendly and pleasant. Top! 1 downside, the window could not open and the catering was very disappointing. When I tried to open the window several times I got an extra night so that was nice but didn't solve the problem. I also advise to prepare some hints because this escape room is very spicy!
My whole stuff got stolen in Amsterdam and I called the police! They said they are not coming to the place. We went there and they asked to go back different day to report my stolen stuff including passport and important documents. They don't care whatever happened to us.
I consider police helping these people to steal from foreign people.
Super rude police station, so not helpful and literally kicking you out. The police officer literally told me she did not do her job.
I was in Amsterdam November 2019 I had the exceptional experience to watch these gentlemen do their job into the weekend. As the weekend built to its feverish pitch As the alcohol was being filtered into the toilets and men s over exuberance cannot be ignored. These Keepers of the citizenry Deescalated like I have never seen coming from America. It was good to see professionals work.
Thank you very much for the competent help. The car was broken up in the parking garage under the police station. On the part of the police everything was done that I could return to Germany at night.
Not helpful to tourist. All parking signs in Dutch. I parked my car in front the office, they saw it and didn t intervene. My car was towed.
We needed to report the theft to the hotel and they treated us really well
I'm registered disabled and parked my bike outside my hotel in the disabled parking. When I woke up it was gone, after limping in pain to the bike shop to prove my disability and proof I was parked correctly I was told I will not get my passport back unless I pay a fee of 132 for delivery back of the bike and the bike lock being cut and this and that ect.. I think the bike shop should of phoned the depo to explain I have proof I was parked correctly and they made a mistake but they just wanted my money so with him illegally holding my passport and me feeling like I'm having the advantage taken out of my due to my disability I slowly painfully limped to the police station for some advice.. This horrible men with bad attitude told me just beucae I'm disabled doesn't make me above the law even though I wasn't trying to be I was just aski g for help and advice. Anyway his advice and help was I should walk the 25km to the depo and pay my bill to get the bike back for the rental shop. I was so shocked as an experienced traveler I have never been treated this way I actually started to get emotional from the pain in my legs and feeling so vulnerable and attacked I was so overwhelmed and just had to walk out.
Pleqse people don't expect help from local police in this station he wouldn't even let me talk to someone else they are criminal's.
If 10 stars were possible, I would have gladly given. I got lost and accidentally hit the tram rails. The gentlemen helped us to come down and even escorted us to the driveway. Thank you very much
Extremely friendly and helpful. Our car got broken in and they were very quick to respond and guide us through the steps to take. The lady police officer spoke perfect English.
I just had exidant with bike which was driving wrong direction.
I called them to come to the place of exidant which was just max 100m from their station.
Gues what, they asked if I'm still able to come walk to their office and reported there.
The guy is now gone and im injured!
I dont have any details of this guy.
Thanks for your help again dear police !
They don't want to work. I had all my money stolen and I went to do a report. They denied. They told me than it was not a emergency, they could do nothing and they have few people working.
Professionals. Friendly, speak English perfectly, correct the deal. They were consulted a couple of things and they were fully committed to help. Both the police officers and the service officer who were on the evening of March 6. An example of urban police.
3 hours to find Rafael.
He was suffering from alcoholisemia
