Went to Gepps Cross HMC intentionally to go to another shop to buy a vacuum. However this other shop was very bad in customer service and left me standing there with no acknowledgement for over 20mins before I walked out.
I went into HS and had the help from a guy called Anthony. He went above and beyond to make my shopping experience positive.
As I traveled an hour to just go to other store I was happy that there was HS that also had vacuums and got my sale that day. Totally deserving.
