I'm dealing with an order currently going through and it's just such hard work.

I work in customer focused industry and run my own business and I think about customer experience a lot and I've got to say I'm disappointed with this business.

The Canvey showroom experience was great, I needed to refurbish a property and James talked me through all the options, managed to get me some prices quickly, very easy to talk to.

I then went through the process of trying to buy bifolds and a window from them. I did not expect it to take a week to get to taking my deposit. I needed to pay there and then! I needed these products urgently to meet a deadline and the sales team had no urgency to get this order through. I needed a delivery date also which they wouldn't give me.

I chased it several times, to a point where they must of known who I was, I would say I want to see where I am with my order and they would say "I'll chase that for you" and before I get a chance to reply, *click*. How do they know what they're chasing without a name? I get it, we all get those customers that can be persistent right, but sometimes they just need an answer.

I've chased today to remove fitting from the order, promised a call back and no call. They're closed now. This has happened more than once. Also had a text come through for the deadline which is too late.

Won't be using again.
