On delivery day, package had an incorrect sorting,...

On delivery day, package had an incorrect sorting, so it is not available. After calling promised to deliver the next day. On the next day, day of 2nd delivery attempt, package was lost .... After having had contact again, I promised to retrieve the package ... But should not receive a response .. After having contact again, it appears the package above water, and promise to deliver it the next day .... Have been a courier, but without the package, had contact again, and it appears that it has had the wrong scan again .... I will be called back for 11am .... But 11am, haven't had a call yet. But I called myself again, the package will be delivered today, so I am promised ... What do you think, half an hour after my last contact, I will finally be called by them ... But with the message that the package has been lost again, and that I now have to wait until it comes to the surface again ... What a mess around there at GLS !!!!! Ow, and to think that I had to pay shipping costs, which I think GLS should be able to reimburse to me ....... Steam from my ears ...
