This hotel was amazing and the staff exceptional. This was my 3rd trip to New York but I wasn t enthralled with it until this trip - the hotel you stay in makes a huge difference! They handled all my reservations without a hiccup and their recommendations for restaurants were fantastic. There was a tall man at the door that I called Andre the giant he was amazing. The hotel staff we encountered on our stay were all very nice. It has been 3 weeks since our stay and I am still blown away by our stay here! Great job Knickerbocker!!
