Grant Yooun the worst manager I could ever imagine! He doesn t know what he is doing! He just want sales! Don t ever go to him! He is the worst sales manager ever! I have a lot of friends who have purchased Bmw from this dealership and I wanted to buy another Bmw from this dealership but from now on I will warn everyone including friends and family never to go to this dealership again!
