I have had to rethink my original 5 star review, since purchasing our Mercedes. Interestingly once I purchased my car my requests and emails have gone ignored by our salesperson Jaime Ohlmaier. While waiting for few things to be done to the car, I had to request an update over and over to no response from Jaime. When we picked up the car, I requested a quote to repair paint on the mirrors and again no response. I sent an e-mail and again no response. Interesting that once the car was purchased, he is no longer interested in assisting us. I am happily ready to share our experience with our friends/family - this really is not acceptable.
