Someone else stated that when you are looking to buy an RV, you are wined and dined and treated like royalty but after the deal is done, you are forgotten. That is so true. We are currently sitting here for the 6th day trying to get repairs completed on the motorhome we bought in April. Our service technician has not been able to fix the problem and is apparently frustrated by that and is taking it out on us. We are staying in our RV in the service bay as it is our home and we have no where else to stay. We were never told that we would need to be out of the unit every morning by 8 AM or that we could not park our vehicle by the service bay. We would have gladly followed those rules had we been nicely informed right from the start. Instead, the technician runs to his supervisor and tattles and then we are scolded by him. What is this?? Kindergarten?? Really?? This is the third full day we have sat in the visitor center with our 2 dogs and it's getting old fast. A little courtesy goes a long way and brings repeat business. Sorry to say, unless things change real soon, our business is history!! If anyone would like to address these issues, we are at this moment sitting in the visitor center, in the corner by the grandfather clock.
I want to make it perfectly clear that Neil Gillette is in no way to blame for any of this. It was the service tech who was actually working on our coach who was rude and inconsiderate. My apology to Neil if this review has caused him trouble. He was very helpful.
