We recently had to make an unexpected switch to a new service when our existing answering service closed unexpectedly. Ira stepped in to get us the information we needed immediately to help us in making a very important, but rushed business decision. Once we committed Ira had us up and running in one business day!
We could not be happier and wish now this had happened years ago. Everyone here does exactly what we need them to do in order for our Customers to receive the level of service they have come to expect from us. The interactions with the operators are extremely professional and once the call ends we instantly receive all the information we need to call our Customers back via text message. We used to have to carry pen and paper at all times with our last service. Now we have the freedom to be mobile instead of waiting on calls that may or may not come in.
