It was not good. I enquired on behalf of my husband and they told me that he personally had to call to make the enquiry. I don't have a problem with that, but when he called an agent told him that he would have emailed him the details. Up till now! Nothing has happened. They merely sent him a link, and the link is not even working, so our business is being spoilt. What happened is that he did not get paid for the month of June, but when he got paid in July, we saw from the stubs that the ministry doubled up and took out two months payment for the insurance for both June and July - and up till now, sagicor can't tell us whether or not they activated the insurance, or if the have not yet seen the money, or anything. This is so unfair, you have to pay three months in advance before you can use the insurance, yet still they cancel the policy within one month if they don't get payment from salary deduction. We want JUSTICE!!!!
