There are many things I really love about Morgan Randall from the website to the people. The first thing I noticed about their website is that all the information is present and clear and easy to find (unlike other estate agents where the presented information is somewhat inconsistent) and always includes things like service charge, council tax etc.

On the very same day I submitted a form to the website with what I was looking for, I got a voicemail from a cheery voice, Gina De, that instantly made me feel that my message was important.

Gina has taken my needs on board and has been excellent in showing me different places and listening to my opinions on them. Whenever I view a place with her, I'm given an information pack about the it making it much easier to remember what I've visited and she is always very patient with my questions and has given me a lot of advice. I've also found her replies to my emails to be extremely prompt and on top of that she's a delightful and enthusiastic person! I haven't found the perfect place for me yet but I really hope it's through Morgan Randall as I've felt like a valued customer here.
