I went with doubts after reading several reviews, but my experience was totally different. The check-in process was hassle free and the counter persons were extra polite. Just going inside this hotel is an experience. You feel like your transported to the past. The restoration, the vintage dressed employees that were very pollite, the vintage cars, the awesome architecture just make you saw WOW. Our room with runway view was beautiful. Just sitting in front of the window watching those planes come on go was relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Yes they have to fix some kinks like maybe having more food options, room service and other minor things, but I would go again. I went with my family and we all agree we want to go back.
